Ingredient Summary

Hearing the name Kakadu plum may bring visions to mind of juicy red & purple plums, but these unique native Australian plums like to stand out from the crowd! Containing the highest amount of Vitamin C than any fruit in the world, they are green and have been described as having hints of apple, pear & citrus flavour. An Antioxidant powerhouse and used for many health benefits including skin and immune health, this traditional bush medicine is the subject of many recent scientific studies to support health and wellbeing.

You may not be familiar with bilberries, but you can think of them as a cousin of the blueberry. Same family superfood traits, just a little smaller in size. Also, a source of vitamins, minerals and…wait for it… approximately 70 different phytonutrients! The main ones being anthocyanins, plant pigments responsible for the dark blue colour and antioxidant and eye health benefits of bilberries.

Rosehips are small rich red or orange fruits produced by rose plants. The vibrance in colour immediately gives these little berries up as antioxidant superheroes! Rosehips contain an array of phytonutrients, including lycopene, carotenoids and vitamin C. Often taken as a tea, rosehips can support skin health and the respiratory & cardiovascular systems.

The ultimate all rounder - protein, carbohydrates, fibre, antioxidants. And it doesn’t stop there, humble ol’ broccoli has many other unique compounds such as indole-3-carbinol a naturally occurring plant nutrient that supports hormonal health and wellbeing.

We’re here to tell you parsley is not just a garnish to be discarded! Parsley seeds have been traditionally used as an important spice in Asian countries and in India for Women’s health. Parsley seed are particularly great for digestion and have been used for centuries to help calm your tummy when it’s feeling a little uncomfortable.

You likely know turmeric as the spice that gives curries their delicious flavour and vibrant colour, but did you know turmeric has been the subject of thousands of scientific publications? Turmeric contains hundreds of phytonutrient compounds, amongst them are natural antioxidants called curcuminoids. Not only is it tasty but including turmeric in your diet can also support the wellbeing of joints and digestion.

Rosemary…yum, many might immediately think lamb and potatoes? You know what we’re thinking? We’re thinking clearly! That’s right rosemary and its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds can benefit cognitive health.
